We are a multi-award winning Learning Consultancy led by Nicola Jones, known as Noo, a former barrister with over 20 years of experience in continuous learning strategy and design. A qualified and experienced business psychologist and executive coach, she is passionate about helping all kinds of professionals in legal to develop new skills.

Our work is informed by awareness of the dynamics of the legal sector. We see in-house driving the change agenda in law to a significant degree. As an Ambassador for Crafty Counsel, a community for in-house lawyers, Nicola facilitates discussion on key topics for in-house lawyers regularly. She is a Lead Lawbreaker for the #SheBreaksTheLaw global community of women in legal innovation, and has the t-shirt to prove it! She was also Co-Chair of Birmingham Law Society Legal Tech Committee 2020–22. She speaks and writes about human skills for a digital age.
