What is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem-solving methodology developed in the late 1990s. It uses LEGO® bricks as a tool for organisational development, team building, and strategic planning.

The power of LSP lies in its ability to engage every participant equally. By building physical models that represent abstract ideas, participants create a common language across hierarchies and departments—making it particularly valuable in professional environments where different perspectives need to be integrated.

How LSP works
