Leading differently: We explore how we can redesign leadership to make it more human-centered and inclusive in the light of gaps in pay and progression for women and ethnic minorities, and the commercial need for diversity of thought & experience when creating new ways of working.

Contagious Leadership: Research suggests that if we can deploy the orchestra of passions in each one of us our leadership becomes contagious. Some passions are harmonious, and lead to a flow state. Others are obsessive. Does your work resonate with your sense of self? Are you in tune with your purpose and your contribution to the overall performance of your business?

Wellbeing and burnout: Burnout is real. How can you create a model of working which is better for you, and also better for your team? How do we engage with this as a dynamic process?

Confidence to do things differently: Leading differently takes bravery - but changes in culture can happen incrementally. We will think about how we can each be agents for change.
